Upon completion of ITDS 2796, the student will be able to:

• Assess his/her leadership tendencies and personality factors.
• Express and develop a leadership vision.
• Explain the role of listening in leadership.
• Describe techniques for establishing relationships with team members.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of different leadership styles.
• Recognize powerful motivators beyond financial rewards.
• Explain the art of delegation.
